Tennis elbow
So-called tennis elbow usually occurs as a result of one-sided or heavy strain, so that the attachment of the muscle tendons in the outer area of the elbow hurts. Arm movements such as bending, stretching, twisting, reaching and lifting are therefore no longer possible without unpleasant pain.

Causes tennis elbow
Tennis elbow can indeed be caused by playing tennis.
